Oregon | From the tools you listed, you want the 30 x 15 medium sized box (ME300).

The bigger box isn't worth it unless you need metric capacity. Even then, a lot of guys run the ME300 anyhow and carry a metric wrench and socket set somewhere else on their truck. Seems like it really comes down to how much metric work you anticipate.
