Northern CA | No torch; no bending! It is probably not the bearing that has playin it, but the brass bushing is worn. Do you have a parts book? If not, go on ebayas they we usually there. Also, make sure you keep the bull gears well greased. You don't need to buy the expensive lube from Freeman; Cheveron makes a product that is very similar for about 1/5 the cost.
