Earlville, NY | Based on my experience you've got a bad load cell; that's usually the symptom we've had when one goes bad. Last one we replaced a few years ago was about $450, did the work ourselves, not too hard. The Digi-star website has downloads available of all the scale systems they make, and a pretty good trouble-shooting diagram; it does take a lot of time to go through it. Same as above, check ALL wire connections, everywhere. Also, one we had the symptoms of a bad cell, turned out the cell had rotated some from bouncing around and stretched the wire connection. Lifted the wagon corner and rotated the cell to loosen the wire and the problem went away. | |
