My electronic computer controlled model 10000A died after a year of use. I sent it back to Schumacher according to warranty instructions and got a different model to use because they were replacing the 10000A with a new model. I got the replacement, a model 12000A on Wednesday but haven’t had a chance to use it yet. You can’t beat good service like that.
