Does anyone know how exports are originated in the Ukraine. I just wonder if unlike the U.S. where large buyers(ADM, Cargill) source all of the grain and can lay off the risk at Chicago, that the Ukraine gov. handles all of the export business and must have the money in hand before they can secure the grain.
