How fine did you grind the stalks? I was told it needed to be less than 2 inch long.  You also said to wait for 2 weeks to find out how it works.  I was told that it is ready in 5 to 7 days and if kept over 10 days it needed to be bagged or at least tightly covered.  How did you mix it?  How long did it take?  Do you feed it at 15% by dry matter weight of as fed weight?
