Have you tried hitting it? Seriously, in my truck I hit it a couple times and it worked for about 3 more months then it quit altogether....I sold the truck with it not working. A friend of mine has an 03 superduty he has to hit his to get his to work every once in a while...real technical anwswer I know...I don't recommend using a hammer.
