Downtown Shell Knob MO Come Visit!
I don't disagree with you jim. Im all for grazing anything I can, we live down here where everything gets grazed.
We were never in corn country back in the day but I know the dryness of the corn always seemed to made a diff, krib corn always seemed to be drys and the kernals would come off the cob and they would chew the cob in two, but corn off the plant always seems to retain the whole ear better and choke them, I assume the corn is dry in the field now. do kernals fall out of there mouths?
I always tryed to graze my grazing corn early because a lot of kernals always seemed to fall out of there mouths if it was really dry when they grazed it. There is nothing I hate more than a steer stairing me in the face while chewing on a ear of corn and all the corn is falling out of the corners of his mouth.
