Subject: Re: morton buildings

North of Iowa
I would not pay more for a Morton when comparing apple for apple, there are a lot of good buildings out there, the crew that puts it up will make or break the building. Price is variable with Morton, depends how bad they want the deal. When I bid my 60 x 200, with 60' x 64' finished shop, Morton was about 11,000 more than the Cleary. I put up the Cleary because of structure design and was promised the best crew they had with in the company. They did what they said and since then had them put up another building. After Morton lost that deal, had a friend bid a building, and Morton was cheaper than Cleary.
