I don't even know if it's legal, better make your farm owl-friendly with old trees, nests and high poles, and they will come. But if you want a second full time overnight job, you may try feeding them. Not sure you'll be able to catch as many voles as them, and fly back to the chick with your prey as frequently too... ;)
