Does CIH or Agco or Cat or any of the iron manufacturers own a refinery to make their own oil, I don't know for sure but I highly doubt it and I doubt that any of them buy only from the highest bidder, every one of them buy from the company that can and will meet the specifications that are put out for bids. End of story.
