SE MN | Back in the sixties (1960's) a high school buddy of mine lost control of his '53 Ford sedan (with 3 on the tree) on a rock road. The resulting 360* rollover didn't cause any injuries. but the shift lever being bent into a horseshoe shape under the steering column was the worst mechanical damage. It still would shift and was driven home. Obviously it was used as a grab bar. | |
