I would hire custom the first year. The seedbed and planting are critical and it takes some experience to get it close to perfect. Anyone can do a good job combining.
I would think twice on no till. It takes a lot of experience and judgement to get it right. In my small corner, no till doesn't work and I've seen it proven.
