central - east central Minnesota - | I would consider having it customer farmed the first yr. See what corn and bean prices do. You may end up loosing money and not want to farm after that yr. if you make money, then look at planters and assorted equipment. I would likely plant either all corn or all beans to keep it simple for custom guy. If you don't make money, is it worth it to farm it? If you make money and enjoy it, then get in to it, fully.
