I think they went from EZ boom to field IQ? anyway, the 750 will do it with a Raven control valve setup and electric pump. Set the pump on constant high, and vary the rate just like you would a sprayer. Really simple. It will also do the row shutoffs, but I really don't think that row shutoffs would be all that economical on a 6 row planter.
