Missouri | Comparing a new Integra to a used Insight is exaggerating the price difference. Used Insights are usually around $1500 for the display alone. Used Integras are usually in the $3000-$3500 range, but if you find one you have to move quick on it. They sell fast.
What is your objective? If you just want a yield map at the lowest cost, the Insight is the cheapest way to do it. They are still providing maintenance for it's software (last update was March), but the software updates are no longer bringing new features. The Insight, today, has become all it will ever be. The Integra is continually receiving new features in software updates.
Something to keep in mind with an Insight is the autoswath unlock. They did not all come with this, and if it is not unlocked for autoswath, it is $750 to add it. It will not adjust yield indication for when the header is only taking a part swath without it. The larger your head is, the more this messes up your yield map. All Integras have autoswath unlocked.
If you use it to map your planting, you can then track yields by hybrid when harvesting (Insight & Integra)
Even if not autosteering, the Integra and the Versa displays have an onscreen lightbar for guidance. It is quite useful when dusty beans and still air do not allow you to see the end of the header.
