I think you should set down with a good nutritionist and go through many computer rations .Run them from 400 to 1150 or 1400 breakevens.Make sure you charge 25 to 30 cents yardage.With your facilities I think 3.00 pounds a day should be the min. you asked got a lot of good thoughts above.
