NW Illinois Stephenson county | See below. My NH 190 did the same thing until the drive shaft on the gear reduction broke off due to so many sheared pins. It would shear pins even when it was almost empty. I think the drive sprockets are worn enough that the apron would wrap around the sprocket. Sometimes when the pin sheared I would have to pry the shaft in reverse and the apron would drop off the under side of the sprocket, It will Not heal itself. I had the same problem on some feed coveyors in the past, I replaced the drive sprocket and the problem disappeared. I hope you don't try to fix it yourself and hurt your back again. |
