I think the solution pump might be capable of 190 gpm at 20 gpm hydraulic flow - maybe the rogator doesn't have that much hydraulic capacity. Also, it's likely not plumbed like a terragator for high volume/high speed. Of course slowing down will give you any gpa you want.
