E.Central MN | Really, and have you noticed well, never mind. I'm just kicking myself for not investing in the gun business. Since none of you guys want to ban any guns of any type and since the NRA thinks armed guards at schools are the answer, then here's my compromise solution: No gun bans. Just slap a "school defense" tax on all guns, ammo, bow and arrows, hunting knives, etc. Use a sliding scale of tax based on the "killing" power of a particular weapon and set the tax rate at a level that would raise enough money to hire an armed guard for every school. There, problem solved. | |
