my grandfathers generation farmed "organic".he told me many things about the "old"days,one thing i remember well is something he said in regards to farming practices before he died,we were watching my dad with his brand new 1566 and a 30 ft cultivator,incorporating lasso,so i was a young lad and had a few questions,and i asked gramps if in his mind this was progress,he said"don't let anybody tell you the way we farmed in our day was better"........to each their own i guess.
