Chimel - 1/11/2013 09:03There's 2,4-D for Agent Orange, which is banned in many countries but still approved in the U.S. 2,4-D was one of the components of Agent Orange. It was NOT the component that caused the problems. The component that caused the problems was 2,4,5-T 2,4-D has been proven as NOT being a carcinogen. 2,4-D has an LD50 of 1000 mg/kg For those that don't know LD50 stands for the Lethal Dose that kills 50% of the population. Caffenine has an LD50 of 200 mg/kg Caffenine is FIVE times more lethal than 2,4-D Do you drink coffee? Mt-Dew? Just one of the lies that the "organic" crowd continues to advance the cause. |
