Subject: RE: Going organic,pesticide residue

Care to answer the question about why cleanse the soil if you can haul manure (that would supposedly contain pesticide residue) from a CAFO on it?

Is there pesticide in it? and if so how did it get there, would be my question to u? Only thing we have had to do is the neighbor has bottle calves and sheep on alittle acreage. We give him corn stalk round bales for the winter bedding he hauls all back in spring. He has to sign a paper he used no treatments on the compost. And no city sewer sludge asked the inspector last year automatic kicked out.
