"I'm going to ask why bother with "organic" production at all?" Because....... there is a demand for it.... its that simple. and yes there is money in it. and around we go... My advice to u would be to set off about 25 acres for organic production.,just as an experiment, u can go through the state of Iowa for ur inspections ad they will work with u in getting started.
