Manischewitz blackberry wine is great for colds too, as sweet as cough syrup, with less alcohol than that brandy.

I also keep a bottle of 110-proof Green Chartreuse, last one for years, as I can't drink more than a small shot at a time. It has 132 medicinal and aromatic herbs in it! I was surprised to see it in my WA state liquor store, not sure if the supermarkets stock it now that the state stores are gone since last year.
