Lapel, In | I remember it well. No, I don't think anyone saw it coming. It was , in my opinion, one of the major reasons for the problems of the 80s. I don't expect it to happen aagain. We have already learned our lesson on the effect of embargos and tarrifs, or at least I hope so. Kind of like a car running out of gas on a railroad crossing. There will be HELL to pay. Quit worrying about it. I see where you are coming from. Sit back and enjoy the ride. It isn't over yet.
