Mid Michigan | He can sell the land to you for cash and when they ask him about the sale of the land and the money he got tell them he spent it all at the casino. That could actually happen and does happen and the people who do it get the same care in the nursing home as the ones who hand over half a million dollars to the nursing home. In other words, save your whole life and be responsible and end up laying in a nursing home next to the guy who gambled his money away in the casino or spent it on booze and women and cars. Also, Milo farmer, long term care insurance don't pay jack chit. Look into it. They will deny most of the claims anyway.
