S.W. Mn. | Better check with a good attorney, make sure he or she does not sit on the 'home board', not involved with local issues, not friendly with the local banker. As far as "not paying and wanting the government to pay" , I look at it this way, we sacrificed ,worked , saved , and paid real estate taxes for over 50 years, those tax dollars also supported the guy who never saved, lived a high life style, enjoyed him self.etc., so now since due to our efforts we have assets so we can now sell them , etc., so the bottom line is why work??????? I have supported a lot of people in 50 years, when dad was in the home, we private paid, room mate enjoyed our tax payment. Far as i'm concerned the facility can have our income , but fixed assets our estate keeps. Sorry for the rant, I'm sure there will be some disagreements, best regards,. | |
