Dills, FL | My dad is worried about protecting some of his assets if this comes to pass, mom has been in and out of hospital And rehab/nursing homes for the past 2 months, back in hospital now. Dad wants advice on asset protection because he doesn't want to give all his land and cash to the nursing home in her last years. ARE there any legitimate ways to protect his land, cash, etc? he still farms his land and I rent a bit she inherited from her dad. HE has a TRUST BUT nothing has been transferred into it. Thanks to you all NAT really makes farming more enjoyable than it already was!!!!
