pulled a 6/11 kinze behind a 4240 for years. Shift up and throttle back to run about 1400rpm unless running after dark, then shift down and run up rpms to near full or the alternator didn't keep up with the lights.
A 6 row takes not much.
A 6 row with interplant takes just a hair more than not much.
What size of tractor is everyone using on there 6 row planters?
