For me a yearly flu shot means the difference between catching every bug that comes along and being able to get over them before they get a hold of me.If I feel a cold/flu coming on I just stay warm and drink hot fluids and I'm over it in half a day.Without the shot,I'll get full blown flu every time and it lasts for weeks.
