Texas/New Mexico Stateline		25% seed laying in dry dirt.
50% emerged early, good stand, close to dead.
25% emerged late, good stand, close to dead.

= 100% very poor. Some is getting chiseled up here and there trying to keep it from blowing out.

A little irrigated in the area looks pretty good. I would rate it fair to good. Most will be baled or cut for silage next spring though.
