We will never even be able to balance the budget for one year,much less pay off nearly 17 trillion of debt....Just to even come close to balancing the budget for 2013 would require over 500 billion in new taxes plus over 500 billion in spending cuts...
What fiscal and political policy would be required to truly right the ship?
