West Central Alberta Coldest, wettest edge
Admit that the current levels of debt on a worldwide scale will never be paid off, it is a mathematical impossibility. Start from scratch, endure the pain of wiping out savings/debts, in exchange for a return to long term real growth( not growth of government and growth of debt). Legislate against deficit spending, make politicians financially and criminally responsible for mismanagement. Then keep government out of the way of letting the real economy grow and prosper, without the dead weight of the parasitic beaurocracy at every corner. Not sure how to keep them out of the way though, as long as everyone is allowed to vote, they will keep voting for more government largess at the expense of those few willing to work.
