Keep most cash flow/marketing info in my head althought age is making this more difficult. Throughout the many years I have been farming my major goal has centered around net worth at specific points in time. Meeting those goals required very long hours working 2 jobs and following the saying "take care of the pennies and the dollars will take care of themselves".
Cost projections....for the folks that don't do them.
