I naturally associated the three gifts to three persons, but you're right, the Bible does not mention any precise number indeed, just plural. Sorry for that.
Got me some myrrh and frankincense a few years ago, to keep in the spirit of Christmas. Amazing what you can find on Amazon... Myrrh is a bit heavy for me, more like Church incense, but frankincense is great.
