| As a matter of fact I will keep farming as long as there is money in the bank!
When I started farming I did cash flows with the yield x price = $$$. You know what? It never was the way it was planned but it made the banker happy. Things and opportunities change every day. I have made more money by accident than I ever did on purpose. I actually got by when we did it by the book but started making real money when I quit figuring it down to the penny, worrying about cost of production and cash flows. | |
