E.Central MN
I bought a slightly used one at the sales barn, mounted it to a 24" truck tire and I liked it so much I bought another one (different brand) and mounted it to an 11:00 x 16 tractor tri-rib front tire that I had in the scrap pile. The big steers tipped the second one over once, but have left it alone since then other than they pushed it down the hill a little ways. The bull and the beef cows have never tipped the one mounted to the 24" truck tire. They're both pretty stable especially the truck tire one, but I can tip them on edge and roll them by hand (empty) if I need to move them a little distance. So far the flaps haven't been a problem.
