Manitoba | Yeah those come from Dave Horn out of Oak Bluff.
I would guess we've had them for 3/4 years now, and used them every year but last. They are built out of heavy rims (I think they are a small tractor rim of some sort), and the tires show pretty little wear. We take them off when not draining, they tear up the yard more than normal atv tires, and they ride very rough. We adjust the suspension to be as soft as it goes to help a little. Its nice to have the low range on the atv, and nice to have independent front and rear brakes, so you can spin them to get a deeper trench than what weight alone will get you. The ruts it leaves in the fields don't bother the sprayer/swather/combine/tractors nearly as much as a tractor does. | |
