central NE | The Sioux mineral feeder will rust out and not turn in about 3 years. I tried the sioux feeders with the rubber flap that sits on the ground, but they aren't much better as the rubber flapper does not last much longer that 3 years. I don't know if they have changed the rubber flap, but I have purchased rubber flaps from Pride of the Farm. They will last. I have had one for probably 6 years and it is still in good shape The hole in the rubber flaps are smaller in the Pride of the Farm, but a air powered die Grinder will changed that in a short time. | |
