Fairbury, NE (Southeast) | next time one of the family wants it all made into hamburger, take the part that you would usually make into hamburger, sell it to them, and use their steaks, ribs etc for yourself. Especially if they are the complainers. We do our share of freezer beef and it consumes alot of time running around with a couple head to the butcher. Thinking $2/lb hanging is pretty fair. | |
