I built one while I was in high school out of track roller. They make a very heavy, tight low speed "bearing". Even drilled and stuck a zerk in it. Then used a slack adjuster to spin it. Stick a 9/16 socket on it and you can roll the engine over very easily, and it holds and won't spin when you don't want it to.
