Dayton, IA | Put this on machinery talk also but thought I might get better answers here. Want to upgrade my older Meyers spreader with horizontal beaters to a spreader with vertical beaters. What are opinions on a hydro push spreader? Seems like it would spread more constant through the whole load, with the chain floor I just kind of slow down at the end of the load trying to do my best to keep the flow constant. Also any opinion on s and r mfg?
