NW Iowa. / SW Arizona | Not in today's society, all a crazy person has to do is smash a window & grab the child in a couple of seconds. Chances would be high you may never see them again. I couldn't live with myself if that ever happened to a child under my care. Now 30+ years ago when our kids were little I probably did do it but don't remember,,,,different world out there today :-(.
