| When I stepped on the scale this morning I weighed 9 pounds less than I weighed Monday the 24th. I didn't do hardly anything to lose that much weight. Very little physical activity, but I wasn't eating a lot either. Probably has a lot more to do with gaining 9 pounds the week before than it has to do with doing a great job. We had our family Christmas lunches/dinners early because of schedules so my gains were already accounted for on Monday.
I guess what I'm saying is, if you gained a little or a lot, don't be discouraged. It will come off easier than you think, or at least that was my experience. | |
