SC Nebraska | Actually, about 1 1/2 lbs/week as I didn't start until in June. It has been around 28 weeks. Really have watched what I have eaten, though I occasionally do splurge which is necessary. Usually get 3-4 extra 2 mile walks or so a week. Other than that I haven't had to change too much. Looking back on it, it really hasn't been near as hard as what I first anticipated. Feel MUCH better now, amazing how much energy it takes to drag around all that extra weight.
The more I have lost, the less I have worried about my "goal" weight. I am just going to keep doing what I am doing for the next 6 months or so, see where that puts me, and figure that is probably the weight I am going to achieve. Then I will take that as my target weight, and keep real close to that. | |
