That's what it has been historically. With the jump in rents, I thought maybe guys were looking for a little better return. 5% seems pretty reasonable for what land is bringing here right now. Two new ethanol plants going in 15 miles from here should be good for future land values, plus the country's biggest crush plant already operating.
