Was a little bit of paperwork, had to do a enviromental study on location, survey for flood plain, have to have multi peril crop insurance on stored crop for duration of loan, and flood insurance if in flood plain. If had it to do all over again would do it in a minute.
We are currently purchasing 3 center pivots with a similar program from FSA office. 4.75% for 7 years 100% loans. bin loan was an 85% loan. | |
