Where could I find a knowledgeable person to answer the limitations of the Trimble system?

What do you want to know? There are plenty of Trimble users and dealers which participate in these forums.

I've been told the CASE-IH system is manufactured by Tremble...

Correct, CNH autosteer is a rebranded Trimble Autopilot.

...we need sub inch accuracy at less than 1 mph for planting and I'd hate to buy CASE-IH RTK for 4 MAGNUM's and 2 QuadTrac's and it not work in all applications.

I believe that the Trimble system is rated for speeds 0.2 mph and greater.
