All I can say is.......ouch! Broke my leg pretty good in August of 2005; not nearly as bad as yours but bad enough for a 5 hour surgery and 5 days in the hospital then 4 months of recovery. The hardware in my leg and knee stays there permanently and my knee will never be the same but really doesn't limit me in everyday work. All I can say is that break was some SERIOUS pain. Wishing you a good recovery.
